Job Description:

CY Vision is seeking an energetic, self-driven Business Development Leader who plans and implements market and customer penetration strategies to cultivate and capture new business opportunities. Our sales process and customer audiences are highly technical so you should be comfortable working directly with technical teams and communicating clearly across different parts of the organization. Your role will focus on growing the business by winning business and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Has a proven track record of building new sales opportunities and pipeline management skills in automotive industry
  • Utilize customer, competitive and market intelligence to develop sales and account penetration strategies
  • Understand customer business strategies, future product plans and align CY Vision’s resources where mutually beneficial
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Prepares quotations and follow-up, review, analyze, and interpret complex documents including contracts, NDA’s, working agreements and credit terms.

Key Competencies:

  • 7 or more years of experience with US automotive manufacturers or automotive Tier One suppliers required
  • Familiarity with Head-up Display, Infotainment Systems or Automotive electronics preferred.
  • A deep understanding and passion for the technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in technical, marketing or sales
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Motivated, self-starter mindset is required. Be able to adapt to changing needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
